Another significant milestone has been reached at the site of the future Brno Jedna district. The building scheduled for demolition has now been fully removed, and the construction site is ready for the next stages of development.

The multifunctional Brno Jedna development has been recognised in the nationwide Real Estate Project of the Year competition, which annually showcases the most outstanding residential projects in the Czech Republic. The newly emerging district received the South Moravian Region Public Award.

Interest in Brno Jedna is gaining momentum – we’ve already sold half of the apartments. This mixed-use development has appealed both to people looking for a new home and to those seeking a secure investment just minutes from Brno’s city centre.

September’s ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone for Brno Jedna marked the first visible step in the transformation of Plynárenská. We now return to this moment in a new video. 

Life is already stirring beneath the surface. Construction of the Brno Jedna project is in full swing – excavation and shoring of the construction pit are underway, preparing a volume of 15,000 m³ for two underground floors of the XENON and NEON buildings.

The Brno Jedna project has been entered into the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition, which annually recognizes the most interesting residential projects across the Czech Republic.

Together with city representatives and our partners, we have symbolically launched the construction of the new Brno Jedna district on Plynárenská Street. The foundation stone is in place, and the story of a new city district has begun. Follow the progress of Brno Jedna as it continues to grow. 

On September 18, Brno became a centre of discussion about the future. The Forbes Next Big Thing conference took place at Fait Gallery, bringing together visionaries from technology, business, science, and architecture. PSN  was represented by Petr Pospíšil, Director of the Brno branch, alongside Karel Watzek from Studio A8000. Their panel focused on Brno – a city on the threshold of major transformation. 

Brno Jedna has successfully moved from the planning stage into realisation. After months of preparation, construction of the first phase has officially begun, led by the selected general contractor Metrostav.

The Brno Jedna site was one of the key highlights of this year’s Brownfields in Brno conference. As an event partner, PSN organized a guided tour during which we presented our vision for a new urban district to an audience of industry professionals.
