Brno Jedna Is Changing. And So Is the Energy of the Entire Place.
28 / 8 / 2026
Brno Jedna is undergoing a major transformation. The former industrial site on Plynárenská Street is gradually becoming a new urban neighbourhood. And alongside new architecture, homes, and public spaces, art is also becoming part of its identity.
One of the artworks you can now encounter at Brno Jedna is RIOT by Pasta Oner, one of the most prominent figures on the Czech contemporary art scene. The name itself evokes rebellion, unrest, and energy – and that is exactly what Brno Jedna is all about. This is where old meets new, where the industrial past meets contemporary architecture, and where history meets a new future for the entire area.
RIOT brings exactly the right dose of rebellion to the transformation of Brno Jedna.
RIOT tak do proměny Brno Jedna přináší přesně tu správnou dávku vzpoury.
