Brno’s Plynárenská Street carries the legacy of a rich industrial history, which is now taking on a new form. The Neon and Xenon residences, named in homage to the area’s original function, bring modern architecture inspired by the industrial heritage. The design of these buildings blends industrial and hi-tech elements with contemporary style. The strict geometric shapes are softened by playful contrasts of materials and details, reflecting the area’s industrial past.
Our project draws inspiration from the work of the world-renowned architect Norman Foster, whose creations have redefined modern architecture. A key feature of his designs is the integration of technology, sustainability, and elegant aesthetics—principles that we have embraced as our own in this project
A key element of the development is the planned connection to the Svitava River embankment, which will offer an attractive public space inspired by European capitals such as Copenhagen. In line with the new urban plan, further improvements to the transportation infrastructure are planned, including a new city boulevard with a tram line. The Brno Jedna project aims to create a modern, vibrant, and environmentally sustainable urban district that will add value not only to future residents but also to the broader community.
