Brno Jedna enters the next phase: construction rises above ground

Neon and Xenon, the first residential buildings of the new Brno Jedna district, are moving from the preparatory stage into a visible phase of construction. Following the completion of the excavation pit and its structural securing, the first tangible outlines are beginning to take shape, gradually defining the future character of the entire development.

The construction pit has been successfully secured, allowing the project to move forward. After a demanding phase of preparatory and earthworks, the construction of above-ground structures is now underway—the buildings are starting to rise above ground. This milestone marks an important step toward the final form of the buildings, which is now becoming increasingly apparent within the space itself.
