Today, dozens of companies are based within its individual buildings, a school has found its home here, and the everyday rhythm is shaped by people coming for work, study, and services. Our Brno office is also located within the complex. As a result, the area is not a closed office campus, but an environment that lives and breathes throughout the day. 

One of the most distinctive structures in the entire area is the iconic Building H. Its architecture is often compared to the work of the world-renowned architect Norman Foster, and it is precisely this building that gives Brno Jedna a character that is easily recognizable within the Brno context. 

Just a few steps away, the foundations of the mixed-use buildings Neon and Xenon are taking shape. Although located at the entrance to the original complex, they naturally build on it and, together with other buildings, will form the broader Brno Jedna development. The proximity of the buildings, the everyday movement of people, and the gradual expansion of services create an environment with all the prerequisites of a lively urban district.
