Brno Jedna is not just a collection of buildings on the city map. It is a place with history that is gradually gaining new energy and naturally evolving into a vibrant urban district. 

Today, dozens of companies operate across its individual buildings, a school is based here, and the everyday rhythm is shaped by people who come for work, study and services. Our Brno office is also located within the complex. As a result, the area is not a closed office campus, but an environment that remains active throughout the day. 

One of the most distinctive buildings in the area is the iconic Building H. Its architecture is often compared to the work of world-renowned architect Norman Foster, and it gives Brno Jedna a character that is easily recognizable within the architectural landscape of Brno. 

Just a few steps away, the foundations of the mixed-use buildings Neon and Xenon are taking shape. Although they stand in front of the entrance to the original complex, they naturally extend it and, together with the surrounding buildings, form the broader Brno Jedna district. The proximity of the buildings, the daily movement of people and the gradual growth of services create an environment with all the prerequisites of a lively urban neighborhood. 

This natural dynamism will also provide space for new shops and services on the ground floors of the Neon and Xenon buildings. In this way, Brno Jedna is steadily confirming its potential to become a place where its historic industrial foundations connect with contemporary city life.
