Construction Keeps Up the Pace Despite the Winter

Another major milestone has been reached at the site of the future Brno Jedna neighbourhood. The building scheduled for demolition has now been completely removed, and the site is ready for the next stages of construction.
The piles around the perimeter of the construction pit are now complete, and excavation work is underway. In total, approximately 15,000 m³ of soil will be removed – roughly equivalent to 1,500 fully loaded trucks. At the same time, both construction cranes have been erected and will now become some of the most visible signs that the project is moving into its next phase.
