Brno Jedna at the Forbes Next Big Thing Conference

On September 18, Brno became a centre of discussion about the future. The Forbes Next Big Thing conference took place at Fait Gallery, bringing together visionaries from technology, business, science, and architecture. PSN  was represented by Petr Pospíšil, Director of the Brno branch, alongside Karel Watzek from Studio A8000. Their panel focused on Brno – a city on the threshold of major transformation. 

The debate explored how Brno will look in 2030. What impact will new developments such as the main railway station, the new philharmonic hall, or the multifunctional arena have? And what will these changes mean for our projects – including Brno Jedna? 

Discussions also touched on what makes Brno unique compared to other cities, where it may be losing ground, and how these trends affect both residents’ lives and investment opportunities. The conference highlighted key themes shaping the housing market – rising prices, the demands of a new generation, and the growing role of rental housing. 

The event made one thing clear: Brno not only has a rich history but also the courage to plan its future. And now is the right time to talk about what our cities will look like in ten years.
