The multifunctional Brno Jedna development has been recognised in the nationwide Real Estate Project of the Year competition, which annually showcases the most outstanding residential projects in the Czech Republic. The newly emerging district received the South Moravian Region Public Award.<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We see this recognition as an important confirmation of the concept behind Brno Jedna \u2013 the transformation of an extensive brownfield site into a fully fledged urban district that naturally builds on the existing city structure and offers a high-quality environment for living and everyday life.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Real Estate Project of the Year competition has long been regarded as a respected platform within the industry, evaluating projects from the perspectives of architecture, urban planning, and their contribution to the given location.
