On September 18, Brno became a centre of discussion about the future. The\u202fForbes Next Big Thing\u202fconference took place at Fait Gallery, bringing together visionaries from technology, business, science, and architecture. PSN \u202fwas represented by\u202fPetr Posp\u00ed\u0161il, Director of the Brno branch, alongside\u202fKarel Watzek\u202ffrom Studio\u202fA8000. Their panel focused on Brno \u2013 a city on the threshold of major transformation.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The debate explored how Brno will look in 2030. What impact will new developments such as the main railway station, the new philharmonic hall, or the multifunctional arena have? And what will these changes mean for our projects \u2013 including\u202fBrno Jedna?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Discussions also touched on what makes Brno unique compared to other cities, where it may be losing ground, and how these trends affect both residents\u2019 lives and investment opportunities. \nThe conference highlighted key themes shaping the housing market \u2013 rising prices, the demands of a new generation, and the growing role of rental housing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
