Are\u00e1l\u00a0<\/span>The Brno Jedna<\/span>\u00a0site was one of the key highlights of this year\u2019s Brownfields in Brno conference. As an event partner, PSN organized a guided tour during which we presented our vision for a new urban district to an audience of industry professionals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors were introduced to the site itself, its rich history tied to Brno\u2019s industrialization, and its current use\u2014today, 90% of the buildings are occupied, primarily by commercial tenants. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The greatest interest was sparked by our upcoming plan to launch the first phase of revitalization this year: the construction of two mixed-use buildings, Neon and Xenon. Together, they will offer 188 apartments and five commercial units, marking the first step toward breathing new life into the entire area. Visitors had the opportunity to explore visualizations and project details directly at the future construction site.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
